Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information exchanged during the course of our business relationship. This obligation shall survive the termination of any service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • KLB TECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KLB TECH, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jinan, Shandong Province, China.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Severability
